About the Role
Talent Manager - Sports Creators
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially driven Talent Manager to join a growing sports management, content and activation agency.
The business represents a roster of world-class athletes and creators across endurance sport and performance-led disciplines — including triathlon, cycling, running and hybrid fitness — working with Olympic and World Champions as well as emerging talent shaping the future of the space.
This is a key hire within a small, ambitious agency environment.
You’ll need to be comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced setting where no two days look the same, and where you’ll play a central role in both talent management and commercial growth.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands sport and creator culture — and where a passion for sport comes through clearly in your experience and CV.
