About the Role

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director to play a key role within a growing Brand & Communications team, leading the delivery of high-quality creative work across a global client portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance concepting, execution, and team support - helping shape standout creative that connects brands, rights holders, and audiences in meaningful ways.

You’ll work across a mix of brand, campaign, and digital projects, ensuring everything delivered is strategically aligned, creatively strong, and commercially impactful.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Creative Leadership & Delivery

Lead creative concepting across campaigns and brand projects
Support and contribute to overall creative direction
Ensure all outputs meet a consistently high standard
Design & Copy Oversight

Oversee the execution of design and copy across projects
Maintain quality, consistency, and brand integrity
Strategic Thinking

Translate client objectives into strong creative solutions
Ensure creative work aligns with wider business and campaign goals
Project & Resource Planning

Scope creative workstreams across multiple deliverables
Build and manage effective talent plans
Production & Digital

Support creative production across internal and external teams
Lead on digital projects including web and app (UI/UX direction)
Client Management

Present work confidently to clients
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Team Development

Mentor and support junior creatives
Provide day-to-day guidance and feedback


What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a senior creative or Associate Creative Director role
Strong portfolio across brand identity, campaigns, and digital
Experience working within sport (agency, brand, or rights holder side)
Ability to lead concepting while collaborating within a wider team
Experience scoping projects and planning resources
Confident presenter with strong stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset -understanding how creativity drives business impact
