Talent & Athlete Executive – Sports, Creator & Partnerships
London
£30,000 base salary + discretionary bonus, pension, enhanced benefits and ongoing professional development.

A fast-growing sports and creator management agency is searching for a highly organised and motivated Talent & Athlete Executive to support its roster of world-class athletes and creators. If you’re early in your career, love the energy of sport and want to work hands-on with talent and brands, this is a brilliant step forward.
This hybrid role (office 4 days a week) sits within the management and commercial team, working closely with the Head of Talent & Brands.
What you’ll be involved in
You’ll help manage the day-to-day needs of athletes and creators, assist in delivering brand partnerships, and support commercial activity across the business. Expect real variety and plenty of responsibility from day one.
Key responsibilities
Talent Management
Provide daily support for a roster of athletes and creators.
Act as a point of contact for selected talent.
Track and coordinate partnership deliverables and sponsor obligations.
Maintain accurate documentation, profiles and progress updates.
Commercial & New Business Support
Help build proposals, pitch materials and presentations.
Carry out research to identify new partnership opportunities.
Assist the outreach process by sourcing brand leads and supporting commercial strategy.
Contribute to sales assets across the partnership lifecycle.
Brand & Client Support
Assist with partnership delivery and activation.
Support rights packages to ensure everything runs smoothly and to a high standard.
Help nurture strong relationships with partner brands.
Marketing & Operational Support
Contribute to social content planning and execution.
Keep case studies, credentials and marketing materials updated.
Provide general administrative support to keep the team running efficiently.
What you’ll bring
Around 1 year of experience in sport, talent, social or a related field.
A genuine love of sport (bonus if you follow the endurance world).
Strong communication skills and confidence with stakeholders.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Proactive, adaptable and team-focused.
Good awareness of the sports, media and creator landscape.
Familiarity with digital analytics, social tools and standard office programmes.
