Brand Strategy Director (Sponsorship)

£60 - £70k plus 30% bonus
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Strategy Director (Sponsorship) to join our growing London team. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape commercial strategies for leading brands across the sports and entertainment landscape helping them maximise ROI and deliver meaningful impact through sport.
The Role
You’ll lead and build out our brand consulting proposition in Europe, taking ownership of strategy, team development and commercial growth.
Your remit will include:
Leading client projects – from sponsorship identification and valuation to building marketing and commercial strategies across a wide range of sports.
Consultative sales – creating compelling propositions for brands to enter or grow within sport, working closely with commercial teams to unlock new opportunities.
Client & project management – managing stakeholders, using data-led insights to shape recommendations, and delivering exceptional work across multiple projects.
Thought leadership – collaborating with PR to build case studies and strengthen our reputation in brand consulting.
What You’ll Bring
Extensive experience in sponsorship strategy and understanding brand marketing.
A sharp analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
Strong understanding of brand marketing, sponsorship, and ROI.
Excellent communication skills and proven client relationship experience.
Business development experience and existing industry relationships are a plus.
