Senior Account Manager - Sponsorship - Football and Rugby

We're looking for a confident, experienced Senior Account Manager to join a thriving creative agency that's growing fast following a string of exciting client wins. Morale is high, the work is bold, and the team is genuinely brilliant to be part of.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes sponsorship (and loves football and rugby!) , with proven experience at an agency or rights holder and who is ready to lead on global, high-profile accounts in sport.

You’ll be at the helm of global sponsorship campaigns, covering everything from sponsorship activation and digital content to experiential and events.

You’ll be the go-to for clients – a trusted partner who brings energy, insight and direction, while rallying internal teams across creative, strategy and social to deliver stand-out work. You'll also support and mentor junior team members, helping to shape a strong, supportive and ambitious culture.

If you’ve got:

✔️ Strong sponsorship credentials (agency or rights holder experience essential)

✔️ A sharp understanding of brand marketing, digital and live activations

✔️ A calm, solutions-focused approach to managing projects and people

✔️ A natural flair for client relationships, writing and presenting
