I recently received a message from a candidate who was frustrated that I hadn’t replied to him. I apologised - because sometimes, despite my best efforts, things slip through the net. It’s never intentional, but it did get me thinking about ghosting and how recruiters often bear the brunt of criticism for it.

In November, I made a commitment to prioritise my health and well-being by joining the Les Mills Game Changer programme. I had become a bit lazy with going to the gym so and discovered the 6 week ‘Game Changer’ - I’m into week 5 and still going strong! 💪
