About the Role
Are you a natural leader with a flair for live experiences and a passion for sport, culture and entertainment? My client is looking for an Account Director to join their award-winning Account Management team.
You'll be the driving force behind a mix of exciting experiential activations – from major sporting moments to cultural campaigns across entertainment – working with global brands to bring big ideas to life.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the day-to-day delivery of experiential campaigns across sport and entertainment.
- Managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and teams – with a cool head and sharp eye.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, with a strong POV and a solutions-first mindset.
- Briefing, guiding and inspiring internal teams and external suppliers to deliver best-in-class work.
- Collaborating across strategy, creative, production and partner agencies to bring ideas to life.
- Owning budgets, scopes and timelines – and spotting opportunities for growth.
What we're looking for:
✔️ Proven experience in brand experiences, live events, and integrated activations.
✔️ Solid background in account & project management – across both sport and culture ideally.
✔️ A confident communicator and problem-solver, calm under pressure and collaborative by nature.
✔️ Someone who “gets it” – who knows how to connect fans and audiences in unforgettable ways.
